What is Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE)
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a rare but, increasingly common disease, that causes chronic inflammation that alters the normal function of the esophagus (food pipe), the organ that transports food to the stomach, which causes difficulty swallowing food.

Eating should be a pleasure, even if you suffer from eosinophilic esophagitis. Chef Antonio ‘Bubu’ Gargiulo, finalist of MasterChef Italy Season 12, has created a special menu, approved by gastroenterologist, Professor Edoardo Savarino, Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at the DISCOG University of Padua.
