Chef Antonio Gargiulo (Bubu), finalist at MasterChef Season 12 in Italy, has created a complete and nutritious menu of starters, first courses, mains and desserts that are easy to make and perfect for people who suffer from EoE because they have been created in collaboration with Prof. Edoardo Savarino, Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at the University of Padua, who has studied the tolerability of the ingredients to eliminate any potential allergens or allergy-triggering ingredients.
The recipes have been specifically created by the chef for the 'Eating Should be a Pleasure'. He has carefully curated the ingredients and cooking methods to create a tasty range of options, so you can rediscover the pleasure of eating!
